WHY DO WE CALL SUPPORTERS?
WWF UK use our fundraising agency partner Ethicall to phone our supporters as it allows us to build stronger relationships with them and allows us to hear how we're being perceived by supporters. These phone calls also provide supporters a voice; somewhere they can share their thoughts.
